Training course Certified GS1 Category Manager®
The software GoToTraining will be used in the seminar. Please check in advance whether your equipment is compatible with the program and if necessary contact us for further information.
Participation fee and conditions
The participation fee is € 6,995,- per person plus statutory VAT.
1. Registration / Confirmation
Registrations are considered in the order of receipt. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation and the invoice. The data provided by you during the registration will be processed electronically for the purpose of subscriber administration and advertising. By registering you accept our conditions of participation.
2. Prices / invoice
The prices are per person. The price of the participation fee includes the following: course completion, digital course documentation, examination fees. The prices refer to the courses described in the course program. A temporary participation in the course does not entitle you to a price reduction. The entire course fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction.
Resignation from a course must be in writing. For a cancellation or rebooking up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, we charge a processing fee of €90. If canceled later or in case of no-show without cancellation, 100 % of the course fee will be charged. Substitute participants can be asked by you.
The issued training documents may not be reproduced or passed on to third parties without the permission of the organizer.
5. Liability and General
The organiser reserves the right to change the program or to cancel or postpone the course until 1 week before the start of the course. The participants will be informed immediately. The organiser will try in case of cancellation to offer alternatives. Further claims of the client do not exist. In case of infringement we reserve the right to claim damages. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, illness, accident or any other circumstances for which the trainer and the organiser are not responsible, the organiser shall not be liable for damages.
Sofia Allerby is responsible for the public category management courses and seminars conducted in English offered by GS1 Germany.
With over 7 years of professional experience within the international retail and wholesale business, she gathered extended knowledge and expertise in developing and operating successful category management. Prior to her engagement at GS1 Germany, Sofia worked in the areas of category management and buying for Metro AG and REWE Group. She is well aware of the obstacles that could arise in different markets and how important it is to know and understand the shoppers in order to drive sustainable category growth. Before she moved to Germany, she finalized her MBA studies in Business and Administration with focus on marketing and management at the university in Gothenburg, Sweden, which is also the town where she comes from.
