Welcome to the EPC Implementer.

EPCglobal's EPCIS Specification describes the component most important to the processing of captured RFID transponder data. For each read point and corresponding event, datasets must be defined. Additionally for each application which requests EPCIS data the corresponding query has to be defined.

In light of EPCIS's significance in the strategic implementation of EPC, GS1 Germany has developed a detailed documentation of this Specification, which is now being published and made available to users. The EPC Implementer addresses EPCIS Core Event Types, Core Queries and Master Data. Sample xml files are provided to illustrate practical implementation of this complicated spec.
