Why do I need a certificate?
By purchasing your EAN numbers you become part of the global GS1 system. The GS1 certificate confirms your participation to partners and signals that you use internationally valid standards. It is your response to the increasing demands of business partners and authorities to provide proof that the solutions you use comply with international standards and legal requirements. In this way you secure a real competitive advantage.
Additional information about the subscription
The certificate is valid for one calendar year and is available as a subscription in German and English.
We will send you the certificate as a PDF file to the e-mail address you specify.
In addition to our General Terms and Conditions of Business and Participation, a notice period of three months to the end of the year applies to the subscription to the certificate. As a subscriber, you will receive the certificate and the corresponding invoice immediately and thereafter at the beginning of each year.
